The International Conference on Electronic Packaging Technology (ICEPT) is a renowned event in the world of electronic packaging. Hosted by the Institute of Microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMECAS), IEEE Electronics Packaging Society (IEEE-EPS), and Electronic Manufacturing & Packaging Technology Society of Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE-EMPT), ICEPT is held annually in China since its inauguration in 1994.
This year, ICEPT will be hosted in Shihezi City, China, and will feature topics such as Packaging Design, Manufacturing Technologies, R&D, and Photonics, MEMS, System Integrated Packaging. The event will be attended by well-known experts, scholars, and business people from more than 20 countries and regions, as well as representatives from domestic and foreign universities, research institutions, and electronic packaging manufacturers.
