The IEEE BlackSeaCom series of conferences are held in the countries surrounding the Black Sea, bringing together visionaries in academia, research labs, and industry from all over the world to the shores of the Black Sea. Here, they will explore the region's rich history and address many of the outstanding grand challenges that exist in the areas of communications and networking.
The 11th edition of the IEEE BlackSeaCom series will be hosted in the stunning city of Istanbul, Turkey. From 5-7 July, attendees will have the opportunity to experience the rich culture and heritage of Istanbul, while also engaging in meaningful conversations and networking with like-minded professionals.
