TRANSTEC is an international forum that provides a platform for government agencies, professional associations, research centres, transport and commercial enterprises from the Russian Federation and foreign countries to come together and discuss current issues and conditions that promote the development of Russia’s transit potential and improve the competitiveness of the transportation system.

The event has been held since 1994 and its objectives include creating an effective platform to form new business ties and partnerships, stimulating the generation of interregional and transnational production chains for long-term and rewarding collaboration, presenting feasible and planned federal and regional investment projects, demonstrating a wide range of state-of-the-art materials, equipment, technologies and services ensuring a full cycle of design, construction, upgrade, repair, equipping and maintenance of transport corridor infrastructure, and generating proposals for improving the regulatory base and coordination of transport policy in the EAEU space.
